Royo Hospital Telemedicine collects personal and health information to provide virtual consultations, prescriptions, and related care coordination. We process data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Identity and contact details (name, phone, email)
• Consultation records, chat messages, and uploaded files
• Payment and insurance information where provided
• Technical logs (IP address, device) for security and audit

How we use data

To deliver telemedicine services, communicate with you, comply with medical record obligations, and improve service quality. We do not sell patient data.

Retention

Clinical records are retained for 2555 days unless a longer period is required by law. You may request export or deletion via My Visits.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data subject to legal and clinical obligations. Contact our Data Protection Officer via the hospital admin email.
